How long does it take to set up a team?
Onboarding is quick and straightforward. Most teams launch their first projects within a few days. Support is available during the trial period to ensure a smooth transition.
Can I import data from other services?
Yes. You can import clients, projects, and team members. Some integrations, like ClickUp or Asana, work out of the box. Others can be set up by our team on request.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get full access to all features and can test the platform on real projects.
How do I change the default currency?
Once the initial setup is complete, the default currency cannot be changed. Make sure to choose the main currency when creating your account. If you’re still setting up your company, contact our support team — we’ll help you select the right currency.Changing the currency after using the platform for a while may affect reporting. In such cases, we recommend creating a new company instance.
Where do the currency rates come from?
The platform is integrated with reliable financial data providers, such as Currency Beacon. This ensures accurate and up-to-date rates.
How often are currency rates updated?
Rates are updated daily according to market changes.
Can I set a custom rate between two non-default currencies?
Currently, all conversions are based on your company’s default currency. Setting a direct rate between two non-default currencies isn’t available yet, but we’re open to discussing custom solutions.
