What documents do I need to register?
You only need a phone number to register. No other documents are required.
How to register:
1. Enter your phone number to receive a verification code via SMS
2. Enter the confirmation code
3. Enter your name and any other necessary information
How do I request a delivery?
How to create a delivery request:
1. Enter the pickup and drop-off addresses for the delivery.
2. Offer your price for the delivery. The courier can either accept your price or propose a different one.
3. Select the type of courier you'd like to deliver your package.
4. Choose from the delivery options. If you want the courier to deliver your package directly to the recipient's door, choose "Door-to-door."
5. Select a payment method.
6. Provide the phone numbers of both the sender and recipient.
7. Enter any necessary information about the items being delivered.
8. Start the courier search and wait for offers.
You can create multiple orders at once and keep track of them in the Active Orders section.
Can I choose my courier?
Absolutely! To select a courier, create your order and wait for offers to appear from couriers. Then, choose the one you prefer based on price, distance, rating, or vehicle.
How do I know when my order is delivered?
Once the courier delivers your order, you'll get a notification. You can also track your deliveries in real time with the in-app map and receive status updates throughout the delivery.
How do I pay for a delivery?
Payments for deliveries are made directly to the courier by either the sender or the recipient. Available payment methods depend on your current location.

Delivery rules
The following items cannot be sent or transported:
- alcohol, tobacco, electronic cigarettes
- high value items such as precious metals, precious stones, or jewelry
- weapons, armaments, ammunition
- obscene or pornographic materials
- military equipment or any parts or accessories for it
- explosives, radioactive gas, or bladed weapons and their parts
- gunpowder, uranium, poison
- fireworks, signal flares, cartridges
- foreign currency, banknotes
- narcotic or psychotropic substances
- items and goods that are legally restricted for sale or have been removed from circulation
