Let us walk you through the features and layout of the deposit screen.
We’ll also show you how to receive deposits step by step.

From the home screen, tap the “Deposit” button in the center.

After checking the deposit address:
Scan the QR code to complete the deposit, or Copy and paste
the wallet address into the platform you are sending from.
⚠ Notice
- Only BETHER and USDT on the Polygon (POLYGON) network,
or USDT on the Binance (BNB) network, can be deposited into the FOMPAY wallet address.
- Depositing tokens or using networks not supported by this address may result in irreversible errors or loss of funds.
Please double-check before proceeding with your deposit.
- This address is for deposits only.

After completing the deposit,
1. The total balance of your wallet will be displayed at the top of the home screen.
2. The amount and balance of the deposited token will appear in the middle section of the home screen.
3. You can also check the transaction in the Recent Activity section at the bottom navigation.

🪙 Top Up Screen Guide
Now, I will guide you through the functions and layout of Top-Up,
and explain step by step how to complete token transfers to the platform.
STEP. 1
From the home screen, tap the TopUp button in the center.
STEP. 2
Select the token to TopUp into the platform.
STEP. 3
Please enter the amount to send.
STEP. 4
Please Enter the email verified on the platform.
*tops up are only possible to FOMPAY Card accounts associated with the provided email.
Please ensure the email is correct to avoid loss of funds.

1. Open the Google Authenticator app.
2. Tap the wallet code you set up to copy the OTP.
3. Return to the wallet and paste or enter the OTP code into the input field.

After completing a TopUp,
1. You can check your total wallet balance at the top of the home screen.
2. The reduced amount and balance of the TopUp token will be shown

We’ll introduce the key functions and layout of the withdrawal screen,
and guide you through how to send funds from your wallet.
STEP. 1
On the home screen, click the “Withdraw” menu located in the middle section.

Please select the token to withdraw.

Please select the network of the token to withdraw.

1. Check the available balance, then enter the withdrawal amount.
2. Next, input the recipient’s address, review the transaction details, and proceed.
⚠ Notice
- Please make sure to select the correct token and network, and enter the correct To Address (recipient wallet address).
If you withdraw using the wrong network, FOMPAY cannot recover or process such incorrect transactions.
- However, the wallet service or exchange receiving the deposit may be able to assist with recovery,
depending on their internal policies.Please note that support for incorrect deposits may vary by provider.

2. Tap the wallet code you set up to copy the OTP.
3. Return to the wallet and paste or enter the OTP code into the input field.

and explain how to change your information step by step.

1. Tap the person icon located at the top right or bottom right of the screen.
2. Select “Personal Information.”
3. Tap “Edit.”
4. Update your last name and first name, then save the changes.

4. Enter your current password and new password, then confirm the change.

KYC Verification
This is a guide for KCY verification.

2. then return to the KYC page, agree, and proceed.
* If you do not agree, you will not be able to proceed further.

4. Select the country where your ID was issued.
5. Choose the type of ID you own.

* Pre-taken photos or uploaded files are not supported.
* Please use the ID you currently have and capture it immediately.
Please allow camera access for selfie verification.
Take a selfie within the frame and submit it to complete the process!
KYC verification takes about 5–10 minutes.

* If camera access is not allowed, you cannot proceed further.
* If the submitted selfie is blurry or shaky, we may request additional information for user verification.
* User verification may be resolved within 24 to 48 hours after submitting an inquiry.

This is the main page of the NAMDA CARD.
You can view basic information such as your balance and recent transactions.

Order New Card
Apply for a new NAMDA Card and transform your everyday life.
STEP. 1
1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Create Card button.
* Please Top Up USD in your account in advance for new card issuance.
* The card issuance fee is $200, and the shipping fee is $15.

4. After confirming that the entered address and amount are correct, click the Order button.
*Please make sure the delivery address is entered correctly.
All responsibility for issues caused by incorrect address input lies with the customer.

5. Order has been received and the card is being prepared for shipment.
6. The card has been shipped, a tracking number is issued, and it is in transit.
7. Once the customer receives and activates the card, the delivery is complete.

Register Card
Oh! You’ve already received your card.
Activate it now and start using it right away!

1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Register Card button.
* Please Top Up USD in your account in advance to activate a new card.
* The card activation fee is $10.

4. Then return to the card page, agree, and proceed.

5. Enter the 12-digit activation code located at the bottom right on the back of the card.
6. Enter the last 4 digits of the card number located in the center on the back of the card.
7. Once the activated card appears on the card page, the process is complete.

Set PIN Code
Set a PIN code for ATM withdrawals.
1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Set PIN button.
3. Set a 4-digit PIN code for ATM withdrawals.

Change Card Status
Did you lose your card somewhere it could be found?
Don’t worry. For safety, temporarily suspend your card and search with peace of mind.

1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Freeze.

3. Please review the precautions before proceeding.
4. Check on the card page to confirm that the status has been updated.
*If your card status is Locked, payments will not be supported.
Please set the status to Active to proceed with any transactions.

5. On the card page, click the Activate button.
6. Click Terms and Conditions to read them.
7. Then return to the card page, agree, and proceed.

8. Enter the 12-digit activation code on the bottom right of the back of the card.
9. Then check on the card page to confirm that the card has been activated.
Card loss and Deletion
Even if you have completely lost your card, don’t worry.
Delete the card to prevent others from using it.

1. From the main page, go to Card or Menu, then select the card category.
2. On the card page, click the Menu.

4. After reading the precautions, type DELETE in the deletion code field and press the Delete Card button.
5. You can then confirm on the card page that the card has been deleted.
View Transaction History
Only the cardholder can view the card transaction history.
1. From the main page, go to Transactions or Menu, then select the Transactions category.
2. On the main screen, you can only view a brief summary of recent transactions.
3. For detailed transaction history, click on the specific entry.

Where is the activation code for my card located?
The activation code is essential for the activation of your FOMPAY card and must be carefully stored.
It is important to know where the code is located in order to use it during the activation process.
Note: A 10 USD/USDT fee is applied per card activation.
On your physical FOMPAY card:
The activation code is printed on the back of the card, bottom right.
Can I TopUp crypto / money from one card to another card?
No, not directly. The first step is to perform an internal TopUp from one FOMPAY Wallet to another FOMPAY Wallet,
the receiver can then TopUp their crypto / money into their FOMPAY card.
What is and what can I do with my FOMPAY Card?
With FOMPAY card you can freely manage your contactless POS payments around the world within
the MasterCard network.
With the FOMPAY cards, you can also perform cash withdrawals through ATMs* and NFC Terminals around
the world within the MasterCard network.
⦁ To use your FOMPAY card, you need to set up your FOMPAY Wallet account in order to activate your card.
⦁ To top-up your dee card, just move your crypto / money from your FOMPAY Wallet into your PLATFORM.
Please note:
⦁ Every time you check your balance at ATM, a 1 USD fee will be debited from your account.
⦁ *Singapore and China local ATMs do not accept FOMPAY cards, but they are accepted on international ATMs.
⦁ A maximum of three (3) ATM withdrawals per day per user allowed, with a daily withdrawal limit of USD 2,500 per card, aligned with the card's currency.
Can I reset my cards Pin?
Yes, you can easily reset your cards Pin in the PLATFORM, with no edits limits.
Please note: Pin must be 4 or 6 digits.
How many Cards can I associate my FOMPAY wallet account to?
You can add a maximum of 5 FOMPAY cards in your PLATFORM account.
Please note: if you need to remove a card from your account, please write to the Support Team to receive assistance.
Where can I purchase FOMPAY physical cards?
It is possible to purchase a physical card in PLATFORM in the pages.
Both cards are listed at 200 USD/USDT each, shipping included.
Whats the difference FOMPAY?
⦁ FOMPAY balance is in USD.
⦁ The tops up limits without KYC defer PLATFORM.
⦁ You can withdraw USDT to FOMPAY.
What are the limits of tops up to and from FOMPAY?
⦁ If you have completed your basic KYC profile verification:
Your maximum balance of tokens on FOMPAY is 750 USD, your daily transaction limit is 2,250 USD and your monthly withdrawal limit is 2,250 USD.
⦁ If you have completed your Full KYC profile verification:
Your maximum balance of tokens on FOMPAY is 50,000 USD, your daily transaction limit is 50,000 USD and your monthly withdrawal limit is 500,000 USD.
The minimum withdraw amount is 10 USD.
Please note:
⦁ Each request must be placed 24hrs after the previous request's approval.
⦁ One of the limitations for Members who don't have the full KYC approved is not being able to make ATM withdrawals.
⦁ Singapore and China local ATMs do not accept FOMPAY cards, but they are accepted on international ATMs.
⦁ Every time you check your balance at ATM, a 1 USD fee will be debited from your account.

What is the difference between reporting your Card being lost/stolen and locking it?
If you lock your Card, you will also be able to unlock it whenever, while if you report your card being stolen, the Card will not be functional anymore.
Where is BETHER Coin(B) supported?
BETHER coin(B) is available on the following exchanges: LBANK
I’ve seen a few transactions in my FOMPAY that don’t look familiar. What can I do?
The transactions that you don’t recognize may just be service costs applied for some actions, including:
⦁ % Online/store purchase issuer foreign exchange fee.
ATM fees:
⦁ Withdrawal fee (3% of the amount).
⦁ ATM balance check fee (1 USD).
⦁ % ATM withdrawing issuer foreign exchange fee.
⦁ These fees work as compensation for the free use of the PLATFORM service.
Please check in your History if the transactions you see are service fees. If they are not, please start a conversation with the Support Team to receive assistance.
Which Networks Are Supported? What If I Send to the Wrong One?
FOMPAY supports the following Networks: Polygon PoS Chain (POL)
If you have attempted to execute a transaction in any currency on a network that is not supported by FOMPAY, please contact the FOMPAY Support Team.
Fund recovery is not guaranteed. In cases where recovery is possible, the process may take up to 90 days.
In which countries are the PLATFORM operations limited or not available?
The list of countries in which the PLATFORM service limited or not available is divided in two categories:
Prohibited Countries - Not to Onboard
⦁ Entities from the Prohibited Countries List are not to be onboarded.
⦁ Not to onboard users who are residing in the prohibited country, regardless of their nationality.
⦁ Not to onboard users who are citizens of the listed prohibited countries, regardless of their country of residence.
Exception: Citizens of China, India, United States of America can be onboarded but they cannot transact in their home country due to issuing restrictions
High Risk Countries - Subject to EDD
⦁ Entities from High Risk Countries List shall be subjected to enhanced due diligence (EDD) measures before onboarding.
⦁ EDD is required for users residing in the high risk country, regardless of their nationality.

Prohibited and High Risk Countries list are subject to updates and changes.

What is the Two-Factor Authentication?
FOMPAY has a high standard of security and privacy, therefore the Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) is an additional layer of security to your online accounts. It is required to confirm your transactions on PLATFORM.
n the FOMPAY Wallet, the TFA consists of adding a 6 number sequence - generated by an external smartphone app* - to enter when performing a transaction.
*We suggest using Google Authenticator.
What is the KYC verification?
KYC stands for Know Your Customer and is the process of identifying and verifying the Member’s identity when opening an account. It is usually done by verifying the user'S ID and documents uploaded on their profile.

You can only have one personal account on namdacard.com. Once the documents are submitted to the KYC verification process, they can not be used again for another KYC.
