It's a good plugin, with a solid free quota of 20MB and fairly reasonable pricing. I only have two criticisms:

The "smart" compression works great for standard images, but it's pretty disastrous for PNG files (saved as JPG) with flat vector-style designs like the ones I use on my site (though honestly, that’s true of most image compressors). I’ve switched to lossless mode, which still compresses well.
The bulk mode can be a bit unreliable. When viewing the Media Library in list mode — even with just a few images displayed — the process often only runs partially.

Other than that, the interface is clean, the options are sufficient, and the free version is enough in most cases.

AVIF/WebP Conversion Stuck, and Support Only via Automated Emails

Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with the Imagify plugin when trying to generate AVIF and WebP images. The plugin correctly identifies the number of images, but when I start the conversion process, it either gets stuck or fails to generate the AVIF versions (sometimes also with WebP).

Additionally, I noticed that there is no ticket support system for users. Instead, we are only able to send a message one-way on the Imagify website, and then receive an automatic reply or bot response via email, which doesn’t help resolve the issue.

It would be very helpful if you could improve the AVIF/WebP generation process and also consider adding a proper ticket support system for better communication.

i got got. i paid $120 for a plugin that freezes constantly and in almost one week now ive made it to a now 14% optimization and it is AGAIN frozen there. "Support" tells me to download a tools plugin which does nothing and they offer no clear explanation how to use the tools plugin or what needs to be done to correct the initial plugin which has never worked! ive asked for a refund but i just get responses days later telling me again about this mysterious tools plugin and meanwhile im out good money and have nothing for it but a frozen 14%. 🙄
