Integer.pl was founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska as a company dealing in the distribution of leaflets.
The breakthrough year for the company's operations turned out to be 2006 when the InPost company was founded.
The Integer.pl Capital Group crossed another milestone in 2009 by introducing InPost Parcel Lockers - self-service machines for collecting and sending parcels, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thanks to innovative and intuitive solutions, InPost Parcel Lockers have revolutionized the logistics market in Poland. Convenience and innovation have made the devices an undisputed hit among deliveries on the e-commerce market.
In 2015 the company's operations were also expanded to include courier services, i.e. InPost Kurier.
US fund Advent International has acquired InPost
InPost's listing on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, which was the largest debut for a European technology company in the continent's history, and the acquisition of French company Mondial Relay for €513 million, which was the largest Polish private foreign investment.
InPost's acquisition of a 30% stake and voting rights in Menzies Distribution Group Limited for £49.3m.
InPost's acquisition of the remaining 70% stake in Menzies Distribution Limited, which strengthened the company's position in the UK - the company took full control of its logistics operations in the UK.
Today, it is the most popular and most frequently chosen form of delivery and posting in Poland. It is already used by 93% of Internet users, which puts InPost in a leading position in the logistics industry. Currently, customers of InPost's Paczkomat devices can order their products to more than 25,000 machines across the country, and the network continues to grow dynamically.
By the end of 2024, the InPost Group had more than 82,000 out-of-home points, including almost 47,000 modern Parcel Machines and more than 35,000 PUDO points in nine countries (UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands). InPost also provides courier and fulfillment services to e-commerce sellers, working with around 100,000 e-tailers. During 2024 alone, the company has handled more than one billion parcels.
