Overview
Baseline connects community development reviews with Bluebeam. From any record such as permits, licenses, or code cases, staff can open any PDF in Bluebeam to view and mark up. When the work is complete, the updated file is saved back into Baseline so your workflow, version history, and collaboration remain in one place. This ensures reviewers, applicants, and inspectors always have access to the most current documents while using Bluebeam’s powerful tools.
