        How We Conduct Our
        30-Day IP Transit Trials

        • The purpose of the trial is for  you to test our network technically and to get a sense of what it would be like working with Inter.link. Usually, interested customers need 7-10 days for such trial. However, the trial can extend for up to 30 days if needed. Given that evaluation of our service is the aim of the trial, our trial doesn’t guarantee a 30 day timeframe or any particular volume or duration of bandwidth consumption.
        • Our expectation is that free trial participants are seriously considering purchase of Inter.link services. So, before starting the trial, we work with potential customers to set clear expectations. In particular, we need to mutually agree on the success criteria for the trial.  In other words, what does the customer need to see and achieve in the trial in order to proceed to purchasing our services?
        • The initial trial period is 14 days. After this point, we conduct a technical discussion to review the network performance and customer’s experience to that point.
        • Both Inter.link and the company taking the trial must agree whether another 2 weeks of the trial are necessary.
        • Trials are conducted on a Fair Use basis. That means that the interested customer can fully use our service for testing purposes. Once testing is completed, the service must either be purchased or the trial ended. Usage beyond the purpose of trialing is not permitted. No traffic to AS3320 must be sent without prior approval from Inter.link.

What do clients say about our IP Transit?

“Inter.link is a great partner for us, providing exceptionally good, low latency, worry-free IP Transit while aligning well with our sustainability goals.

“Choosing Inter.link lets us not worry about transit in terms of engineering and in terms of environmental impact, which makes it lower overall cost than a cheaper competitor.

“And this isn’t just marketing speech, it really does make me consistently recommend Inter.link to others whose upstreams seem to require much more engineering effort.”
