About us

Our story

Intopia is a leading digital accessibility and equitable design agency, celebrating diversity and inclusion. We’re a proudly disability-led and female-led social enterprise passionate about creating an inclusive digital world.  

Intopia was founded in 2016, by Adem Cifcioglu, Sarah Pulis, and Stewart Hay. We wanted to take a more positive, non-judgmental, fun, and professional approach. We believe this approach is more effective in connecting with people and influencing them to create a more inclusive digital world.   

We offer services across accessibility assessments, conformance reports, education, strategy, operations, and equitable research and design.  

We work with national and global organisations of all sizes and types across government, not-for-profits, and the private sector. No matter where you are in your accessibility journey, our friendly and skilled team will help you address accessibility issues with confidence.

Our impact

As a social enterprise, giving back to the community has been Intopia’s purpose from the very beginning. We’re a certified B-Corporation and a member of the Pledge 1% movement, demonstrating our commitment to making a difference.   

We are deeply committed to nurturing a workplace that is diverse and inclusive. We’re proud to have a team from many cultures, ages, sexualities, abilities, and genders. 

Our dedication goes beyond our workforce. We offer paid volunteering opportunities to our employees, engage in pro bono work for purpose-driven organisations and events, and actively spread awareness of inclusion and equitable access.

Since our inception, we have contributed over $900,000 to support various initiatives and charities that benefit the disability community. This reinforces our dedication to creating an inclusive digital world.
