Happy V-Day...

Wishing all my fans a very happy Valentine's Day! Hope you all get flowers, cards, chocolates and whatever else it is you humans enjoy on this odd holiday.

Just Today...

Well today is Spark's last day with us. We leave early tomorrow for Washington and turn-in.

In the past month I have been working hard to make sure he is ready. So rather than describing in words all that we have accomplished I will try and do it justice with pictures. (In no particular order.)

Today he gets to go to work with me for the last time and get all my coworkers to baby him because he always tries to look pitiful when they go by! Then we get to hang out with most of the other wonderful puppy raisers who have helped me so much with him.
I'll try to keep everyone up to date with everything I know after he goes back! : )

The Letter

Last week I came home to find this:

Yep! Spark is going back to KSDS college on the 8th of February. I was a bit surprised to receive it already (since I was still expecting him to go back in the Spring), but he is definitely ready. I'm just sad he has to go back just 2 weeks before his 2nd birthday! He'll just have to party hard at college! : )

Cool Dog- A year later...

Do you remember this photo of Spark from last year about this time?

 Well to show how much he has changed in 12 months I took some new 'cool dog' pictures. One big difference is that he is a huge poser and I couldn't decide which picture to use so here are all of them!

(Sorry some of them are crooked...they were fine before I put them on here.)

Wordless Wednesday: FOOD!!!!

Guess Who?...Answer...

For those of you who haven't seen the KSDS Facebook page then you might not know who the handsome dog was pictured here. Well this is the dog that at least 2 of the trainers at KSDS have told me Spark reminds them of... Hawthorn! He is from the Plants litter and is also Hosta's brother!
 I haven't seen Hawthorn much so I don't know for sure if the likening is a good or bad thing! If he's anything like Hosta then it is a complement for sure.
