If you want to publish it, use ctrl + shift + s to do so.

Installazione

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ctrl+s directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.

I wanted this. Not being able to Ctrl+S in wordpress is very annoying to me, this looks good but just didn’t work I’m afraid.
