VECCS members receive a substantial discount on registration (along with many other member benefits), however, you do not need to be a member to register. If you’ve never been a VECCS member, you will be given the option to join when you register and can take advantage of the discounted registration rate!
The virtual program includes 2 full-day tracks on Monday, and 4 full-day tracks Tuesday through Thursday that are livestreamed at the time of the conference in Savannah, GA and then available on-demand for 30 days. You can watch the live stream via the My Show Planner, at the times listed in the program (Eastern Time) and then they will be able to view on-demand through Oct. 17th, 2026. There will be no extended access and no refunds will be issued for technical difficulties. These sessions are indicated on the program schedule, with the 
Wi-Fi icon.

No, each individual will need to register for the entire conference.
Cancellation requests received on or before June 30th, 2026 will receive 80% refund or can be changed to a Virtual Registration and refunded the difference.
Cancellation requests received July 1st – July 31st, 2026 will receive 50% refund or can be changed to a Virtual Registration and refunded the difference.
Any cancellation requests received on or after August 1st, 2026 will not be refunded. Registrations can still be changed to a Virtual Registration but no refund will be issued for this change.

Starting August 1st, 2026, workshops/labs that do not have a waitlist will not be refunded if cancelled. If a waitlist exists and the spot is filled, you will be refunded minus the $10 change fee. Absolutely no refunds starting August 17th, 2026.

In-person attendees can earn up to 38 live CE hours and virtual attendees can earn up to 24 live CE hours. 80 CE hours are available on-demand through October 17th, 2026. The IVECCS 2026 Program is subject to change and is pending RACE-approval.
Attendees are responsible for scanning the QR code on their badge at each session to receive CE credit. Be sure to scan in as instructed to ensure your hours are properly recorded.

Lunch is available as an add-on to your registration for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The cost to add the lunch package to your registration is $100. These box lunches require a ticket and will be available for pick-up in the Exhibit Hall or at the Lunch & Learn sessions in Governor’s Ballroom C. You must have purchased the lunch package to attend the Lunch & Learn sessions. Lunch packages will not be available to purchase onsite. The deadline to add to your registration is August 15th. Lunch tickets can be picked up at the Bag & T-Shirt counter in River Concourse near registration.
You can also attend the Breakfast Lectures in Governor’s Ballroom C which will include complimentary breakfast.
If you purchase the MDR sessions on Monday, September 14th, a ticket for lunch that day is included. Pre-registration and additional fees are required.
During registration, you will be asked to express any dietary restrictions. This helps VECCS provide the Food & Beverage team with more accurate counts and is used for ordering purposes. Meals are not assigned to your registration. VECCS does our best to provide enough food for different needs.

The Welcome Reception is located on the Esplanade at the Convention Center from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Don’t forget your drink tickets (located in your badge)! Everyone attending the reception must be wearing their badge.
The Keynote lecture will be presented by Dr. Betsy Grunch AKA Ladyspinedoc in room Chatham AB on Tuesday, September 15th from 4:45pm – 6:00pm ET.
Yes! Your badge must be worn for admittance into sessions, receptions, the exhibit hall, and any other IVECCS event locations. It is also used to award CE. There is a $20 badge replacement fee for lost badges. Tickets cannot be replaced.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin. Check in with the Room Monitor to let them know that you are on the waitlist. If a registered attendee does not show up before the session start time, the volunteer will let waitlist attendees into the Lab/Workshop based on waitlist order. If you are admitted into the session, the credit card on file for your registration will be charged. Questions regarding charges can be emailed to [email protected]. There may also be handouts/notes for the session that were emailed prior to the conference. If you attend the session and would like those handouts, please email [email protected].
Yes, the lost and found is at the customer service registration desk located in the River Concourse. Any remaining items on Thursday, Sept. 17th at 5pm ET will be discarded.

No purchase necessary, just visit each booth and turn in your completed passport at the VECCS booth (#817). The drawing will take place on Thursday, Sept. 17th @ 12:00pm ET.
VECCS is committed to a respectful, distraction-free learning environment. We reserve the right to remove attendees causing disruptions from sessions, including but not limited to noisy animals or children, flashing lights, and side conversations. This policy ensures a positive experience for all participants.
Guest badges are required for anyone 5 years and older and allow access to the Welcome Reception. Guest badges do not give access to any of the scientific sessions, other IVECCS events, food or conference swag. The cost of a guest badge is $220. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All attendees have free online access to the proceedings. You will receive login instructions in the weeks prior to the show. Attendees that register after August 18th, 2026 will receive access after the show. You can also purchase a hard copy book or flash drive of the proceedings as an add-on during registration or on-site at the registration desk (while supplies last). Any remaining proceedings books or flash drives after the conference will be available for purchase on the VECCS online store.
