This plugin will enable text effect in your wordpress theme. You can embed cool textEffect via shortcode in everywhere you want, even in theme files.

Upload
plugin-directoryto the/wp-content/plugins/directory -
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
