Family Park Day

 

 

 

 Austin got some Birthday mail!

(I have more pictures of Austin's 4th Birthday, but they are all on the regular camera which is currently in the hospital bag... in the car.  I don't dare take it out because I know I'll forget to put it back in!)  I'll do a post of Austin's birthday once baby brother comes...

 

At the ward Trunk-or-Treat.  Austin wanted to be "Super Austin" for Halloween.  Easiest costume ever...

One of Austin's friends' birthday is on Halloween.  Every year this family decorates their trailer and hauls the kids around the neighborhood to go trick-or-treating.  We jumped in on the fun this year! (Austin is in the blue/black/gray striped beanie, and the birthday boy is Zurg with glowing eyes on the right)



August & September

Jeff and his friend, Matt, flew out to VA for the BYU football game over Labor Day weekend.  Richelle (Matt's wife) and her kids decided to join Austin and I for the weekend at my parents' house.  She enjoyed a ride with my dad on one of his many motorcycles!

29 weeks here I think... growing!

The day after Jeff's birthday we had a huge surprise party for him turning 30!

It was so hard to keep everything a secret, but he had NO idea and was memorably shocked when he got home from work.  (Wish I could post the video!!)

We had lots of goodies and just enjoyed {adult} friends and the BYU football game.  It turned out great!

We decided to take a 4 hour detour up to BYU - might as well while we're in Utah, right?  Jeff hadn't been back since we graduated.  We stopped by his old boss' office and happened to catch her on the one day she was there that week.

When we got home we had our ultrasound and found out we were expecting another BOY!  I love my boys... all THREE of them.  :)

Austin loves to play games, especially UNO.  He is looking more and more like Jeff all the time - especially when they happen to wear similar outfits.

April & May 2013

First time back out on the play set since fall!

I watched Cody and Jamie's kids while they attended the temple.  I pulled out the jumperoo for London.  She loved it, and Austin loved playing with her and admiring how cute she was all day.

Surprise!  We found out we were expecting in March, but waited until May to start telling family.

My grandma took the Loucks gang out to dinner for a group Mother's Day celebration.  We put Austin in his 'Big Brother' shirt and just waited for everyone to catch on.  The women noticed first (of course).  Everyone was really excited.  Austin was just excited to see baby London.  Love Kelsey, the photobomber, in the background... :)

Jeff ran the BYU Alumni 5k

They had a kids race afterwards that Austin participated in.

Austin was so proud he earned a medal.  He even commented to Daddy that he didn't get one...

My first iris!  Irises are my favorite flowers.  This particular one is from bulbs passed down for many generations.  It originally came from my Great-aunt Helen's house, transferred to my grandparents', then to my parents house in Windsor, then to my aunt in Denver, then back to my parents new house in Johnstown, and now to our house!  It was the only bloom I got this year, but it was beautiful!

Jeff and my brother, Cameron, took Austin and Cooper to our Ward's Father & Sons campout this year.  It was freezing at night, but they seemed to have a good time!
