Pheonix

We are in Arizona for 2 1/2 weeks visiting family! Kallyn has been so excited to come to "feenits" for the last month since we told her we were coming. It has become our tradition to stay with family while Eric studies for his finals back at home. He will come join us for Stephanies birthday on the 19th. Allison has been sitting up without support for the last week! She is trying so hard to crawl! Kallyn has absolutely taken charge of her aunts and uncle! She has them all wrapped around her fingers! She adores them so much I think that they enjoy doing her biddings! Mom and I went to a Christmas Program on Wednesday night. Only in AZ. can you eat dinner and enjoy an evening outside in December! Mom said that people eat their Thanksgiving dinners outside on their porches. Must be nice if you don't like the cold, but I don't like the extreme heat they get here in the summers!

This week has been rather busy but fun. Grammy came to visit earlier this week then came again on saturday with Grandad and Great Gram (eric's parents and grandmother). We ate lunch at ITZ on Saturday. ITZ has been described to me as "Chucky Cheese's on steroids". Talk about sensory overload! At least the kids had fun! I am so excited for Thansgiving this week! Food, Family, and more Food!

Allison is nearly crawling. She rolled over at two months old, then didn''t roll over again until Halloween (4 1/2 mos) Now she'll get up on all fours and rock back and forth but can't quite figure out how to move forward! Soon I'll be pulling all my hair out trying to keep tabs on her! If she is anything like Kallyn was I'll be finding her on top of the dressers and shelves in the closets!ImageImageImage

Kallyn and I have a hard time going to bed when Eric studies into the late hours of the night. Many times Kallyn climbs up behind me while I'm typing away on the computer and she falls asleep. This is one of those times and the picture doesn't do justice to how uncomfortable yet adorable she looked!
