Although I am finding it increasingly hard to sew, I decided that this year I would go for it and make some dresses for the grand-girls to wear to church.
A couple of months ago I found some fabric at WalMart for $1.50 a yard so I gobbled it up and this is what I ended up with…
Very simple dresses…
With little crocheted shrugs…
Even one for the littlest one…
I didn’t get pictures yet of all of them in their dresses but here are a few…
And then of course things wouldn’t be normal without them being goofy…

This little one was born yesterday morning in the field behind us….

We got some carrots from the fridge and tried to coax them over…
Didn’t work. I guess we’ll try taking them over there…

Pillow Cases…
You go and visit MIMI SUE at the store she works at and try on dresses without even taking off your levis and t-shirt….
Then your cousin comes over and you make a bunch of these…
And then you take them outside and do this…
It was fun and one can always dream of warm and sunny days….
