I am going to shelf the Swing based client.
I want this to be open-source and as much of a team effort as people are willing to contribute. Even if it is only someone taking the .jsp page and formatting it to look pretty. That person can still pick up some knowledge about jsp by just looking at the file as he(or she) is dealing with it.
So what we will need:
I would like a list of features that are currently available thru other clients as well as a wish list of things that people would like to see in a LJ client.
I will need someone to give ideas and work on a 'look and feel' for the client. Someone who is good at html and/or graphics would be a big plus.
I will need find a place to host the client (that supports JSP). I don't think Brad is going to install JSP support and let me on his servers (at least not until it is done.) :p
