i need help with a project... i got 1/3 of it to work after 2 1/2 days of work (most of it was trial and error -- i'm such a beginner).. but i'm having trouble getting the rest of it.
we need to make a frame that shows how three different algorithms take care of page faults and prints out a short page table. i have all of the coding pretty much right (my frame's fine and 2 of the three algoriths print out numbers). but i'm having problems with the algorithms (my first button freezes my applet -- i think i have some kind of weird loop in there, and my second algorithm prints out the wrong numbers).
if anyone wants to help, it'd be greatly appreciated. just reply to this.. and we could talk over instant messanger or something. thank you. |
