Java developers

The long awaited J2SE 5.0 release is out; I am sure many of you have been waiting for it as well. I've been reading a lot about the new features in the last while, and I am really impressed by many of the new features. I guess, however, that especially Generics will take a long time for us to be familiar with (if people haven't familiarized themselves already); looks like it can get really complicated.

So, what do you people think of the new features?

Can someone explain (in somewhat simple terms) the difference between an EJB and a regular Java Bean?

I can't find a clear answer in the help documents. What is the cleanest way to duplicate a project in Eclipse and give it a new name (or version number), preserving the structure? I want to save versions of my project as I go.
