Especially these of you who are using Hibernate. I have recently posted to my blog some coding guidelines for the beginners, who start using Hibernate. I would really like as many people as possible to review these guidelines and leave me comments if the guidelines make sense, and what guidelines you use in your organization when working with Hibernate.
