Got any codes I could use?

To explain my previous request better, I would like to do something with my website similar to the clock found at http://www.animalcrossingcommunity.com
I don't know if it's perl or Java or what, or even how the heck they did that clock.
I want to substitute my own images for the clock icons.
How would I do that?
