SOAP with Attachments

Hi guys,
maybe you will be so kind to help me.

I need to write a servlet which receives a SOAP with Attachments message using POST. I know that I could use SAAJ for that
but unfortunately I must use JDK1.3.
Does anyone know if there's a library which can help?
