Hey guys, I'll admit I don't know much about JavaScript. Hardly anything at all, I consider myself a PHP guy. :) But I'd like help creating a menu system like the one LiveJournal has. I've seen it called 'tab menu (mouseover)' and 'switchbars'.
There's a version of it on DynamicDrive.com (I can get the link if anyone wants to see it) and I tried working with that.. but I'm trying to get my code XHTML Strict and the ilayers and layers thing freaks it out. (I don't know anything about layers and ilayers either). I had it working fine but then I needed to insert PHP variables within the JavaScript which I was calling in my html from a separate file and it all ended up freaking out. It works about 50% of the time..
I don't know. Information regarding that menu style of any kind would be appreciated.
