Alright JavaScript pros, crack your knuckles
I have been programming in JavaScript for several years now and this one is quite befuddling to me. I think the biggest problem is I'm being lazy and using Tigra Menu (
http://www.softcomplex.com/products/tigra_menu/download.html) because I can just spack the values in there and be done. However, I am having one heck of a problem adding tooltips. This script is contained in numerous files, and the file name is noted at the top.
