Add to Outlook

Does anyone know how to add a Javascript that would allow events to be automatically added to Outlook? Here's an example of what I mean:

http://www.purdue.edu/CONVOS/performances/calendar.htm

If you click on one of those buttons, the event is automatically added to your Outlook Calendar.
