Disable Properties in right-click pop-up menu? II

Thank everyone for their responses.

I have no intention of taking away anything people might legitimately need to use in their browser. This is strictly to save band-width and overages costs.

I want people to be able to right-click and save an image.
What I am trying to prevent is people right-clicking, choosing properties and copying the link to the image and posting that on a website.

I can't see any legitimate reason someone might have for clicking on an image on my site and wanting to know the properties. They are welcome to right-click and save the picture to their hard drive. They are not welcome to post images from my server to messageboards or livejournal.

I have *alot* of image galleries and free backgrounds and my site has been shut down many times and I have been charged again and again because of bandwidth overages.

I use an .htaccess file that shows a red x when they try to post or use the image.

I would like to go the extra mile and try to prevent them even posting the picture in the first place. Not many people would want to waste the time to open up the source and wade through reams of code to find the link to the picture they want to post somewhere. These are the people I believe would be dissuaded if Properties were disabled on the right-click pop-up menu.

I am still trying to find a way to do this.
