[In the early afternoon on the 18th, the journals are graced with the voice of a witch who’s had something on her mind for a little while. She sounds more than a little jittery; chalk it up to her not wanting to screw up again.]

H-hey, Luceti. Oh! Welcome, and good luck, to all of you New Feathers…my name’s Willow.

Uh, for those of you who’ve been here a while, and know more than I do… [How to put this? Her words are laced with a frustrating amount of shyness and uncertainty.]

So, lately I’ve been trying to learn from the filial spirits here in Luceti, a-and…it’s going good! It really is. But um…I was wondering. Is there any sort of…. I mean, I’ve contacted Nala already, and like I said….no complaints here! Everything’s fine, just…

…Who should I pick next? [There, she said it. And it sounded horribly direct and rude and ugh…] I mean, i-is there any sort of….order I should be going in? Least to most difficult, or…friendliest to…like on a scale of one to…ten… [Aaaand she trails off awkwardly.]

I was just…curious. [And also super anxious.] Thanks in advance.

[And then she manages to perk up for just a moment, as she remembers an addendum:] Oh! And if anyone’s interested, Yuri’s organized a volleyball tournament that’s going to be happening soon. So spectators and participants alike would be very awesome.

[For more face-to-face interactions, Willow's going to be out and about today. After her morning routine at House Seven she could be spotted at Seventh Heaven and the library throughout the afternoon, followed by Good Spirits in the evening. Or just walking from point A to point B, whichever.]

[Good evening, Luceti. Willow has something Important she'd like to talk about to all of you nice people. And now that the crazy has more or less died down? She's losing no time.

She's set up her journal on a nice even surface and is now streaming to you LIVE from her room in House Seven!]

H-hey, guys. Fellow, um, Lucetians. Willow here.

So...a lot of you have noticed by now, but...those dead animals turning up, out in the woods, and such? Well. Buffy and I...know why.

There's a vampire in Luceti.

Now, I know a lot of you maybe aren't familiar with them, or maybe they're different in your world, or something. So, I thought I'd let everyone know, and, um. Just make you aware of a couple of things.

First, her name's Drusilla. She has long brown hair, and, if you'd ever see her out and about? Really pale. And...sort of wide, doe-eyes. She's very old, which means she's very strong. And also she's crazy, as you could tell if you ever...let her get close enough to talk to you. [But seriously don't do that !!]

Thing is, vamps back home? They don't exactly like feeding off animals for very long, before they need to...upgrade. So, if you ever need to go out at night, for any reason? Use the buddy system. Preferably? With someone who could fight off a superpowered fang monster. The best way to kill a vamp is a pointy wooden object to the heart, or decapitation. [Those of you with swords? Yeah.] Fire and sunlight, too.

And if you can't fight so well, consecrated things, like, holy water or a cross would do pretty well keeping her at bay. And never underestimate the power of garlic!

Also, they can't enter any private home without an invite. So...don't let any strange women into your house! [That should really go without saying, right? Who even knows with this bunch.]

So...that's it, really. Um. If you have any other questions or anything...let me know. Please, stay safe out there.

[Aaand end feed!]

[Willow has found the book. Of course she thought she was dead at first; the wings and the little white dress certainly gave off a certain “welcome to the afterlife” vibe. But while glancing around frantically and trying to find a landmark, she caught a glimpse of it nearby and picked it up. Opening it she sees nothing but faces, strange faces and words. No time to read them closely, though the people on the pages were obviously communicating. She has also noticed its obvious magical nature, and is unsure whether or not that should be a comfort.

The last thing she remembers is seeing it. And whatever “it” was, she has no doubt that her being here all of a sudden is no coincidence. Perhaps the best course of action is to ask the other faces. And not pass out. No, passing out (again) is not a good idea. Who knows where else she’ll end up? Oh look, a handy little record button. Time to make a very hasty and panicked recording!]

Okay, um, is this…is this thing working?

Listen, you, you…anyone out there. God, I hope this does what I think it does. Whatever’s happening here, whatever this is, it’s really, really important that I skip it and get back to Sunnydale. There’s sort of…okay, how do I explain this…this thing that’s coming, and I need to get back to warn my friends.

I’m serious, this is end-of-the-world stuff. So please, book people, if any of you can help me, it'd be appreciated. And just as an aside, what’s with the wings? Can I check those at the door when I leave or are they permanent? And also am I crazy for talking to a book?

I just…I have no idea what to do. Please, someone tell me I’m not crazy. Or dead. Still thinking that might be an option here.
