I am a postdoctoral Research Fellow at National University of Singapore (NUS), working with Prof. Min-Yen Kan as a member of the NUS Web IR / NLP Group (WING) and the Centre for Trusted Internet and Community (CTIC).

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at NUS in 2024, where I was privileged to be advised by Prof. Bryan Hooi.

Research Interests

My research falls at the intersection of NLP and data mining, with a focus on developing socially intelligent agentic frameworks that inform human decision-making and foster constructive outcomes. My work is organized around three core objectives:

Guard: Developing robust systems to protect against misleading, false, or manipulated content and improve information governance. (e.g., CrowdNotes+, DeceptionDecoded, IMOL, SheepDog, DECOR)
Discover: Building agents that can autonomously synthesize and communicate evidence-grounded scientific knowledge. (e.g., MLR-Agent, CCSBench)
Converse: Creating reasoning-capable and uncertainty-aware models that serve as intelligent mediators to facilitate constructive discourse and pluralistic alignment. (e.g., ConfTuner, JudgeLRM, ProCal).

Miscellaneous

With a B.Eng. in Computer Science and a Double Degree (B.A.) in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) (2016–2020), my years there sparked a lasting love for language. During this time, I became a CATTI-certified English–Chinese translator (Level 2) and interpreter (Level 3), and contributed to the English-to-Chinese translation of four books and one book series, all published in China. These experiences continue to shape how I think about communication and meaning.
