WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOUNCE FORWARD & BUILD?

BUILD is one of the programs within our app Bounce Forward. The app has a ton of other programs from Restore your Core, Postpartum, 5 Minute Fitness, 10 Minute Fitness, 15 Minute Fitness, Weekly Schedules and bi-weekly lives as well as 450+ on demand videos. Everything is included in your Bounce Forward membership.

WHAT WEIGHTS DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

All you need are 2 sets of dumbbells and a resistance bands. Recommendations for weights: upper body (5-15lb.) and lower body (10-20lb.+)

IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS?

Yes, BUILD is suitable for everyone, no matter what your skill level. New to strength training? No need to worry, Marlie gives you cues on form. More experienced? Trust me, you'll love BUILD, we have trainers and members who have been strength training for years who are enjoying the program.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I DO BUILD?

If you have been active pre and during pregnancy and are intermediate-advance this program would work however some workouts have a core section which

would need to be modified in pregnancy. We do not recommend starting this program in pregnancy if you are new to working out or just starting your pregnancy fitness journey. However, we do have a pregnancy program in our Bounce Forward membership for you.

WHICH BUILD PROGRAM DO I START WITH?

You can start with our original BUILD program regardless of your strength training. Most members like to do them in order but you can choose whichever order you like.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS & HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK?

BUILD workouts are between 30-40 minutes and you only workout 4 days a week! The program is self-paced and can all be done from your home.

How does it work?
