Members Lounge
Located in the spacious and sun-soaked lobby, the members lounge is outfitted with modern, architecturally inspired soft lounge seating, as well as communal work tables. Sculpturally intricate lighting hangs overhead, and the relaxing fireplace welcomes members to gather and connect in harmony.
Open Fitness

Strength Training
Framed by soaring, floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the club’s refined industrial look, the strength area features a complete circuit of selectorized machines, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, three full sets of dumbbells, plus barbells, bumper plates, and more.
Group Ex Studio
Anchored at the center of UNITY, the Group Ex studio is encased by floor-to-ceiling glass walls, flooding the space with natural light. Featuring an elevated instructor stage backed by a mirrored wall, the refined design is carried upwards onto the modern detailed ceiling feature.
Hot Yoga Studio
Equipped with far infrared panels, the heated room is stocked with everything you will need to dive deeper into your Yoga practice or next Pilates session, including:
- Mats and Cork Blocks from b, halfmoon
- Bolsters
- Weighted Spheres
- Stability Balls
Cycle Studio
Outfitted with 42 ICG bikes, the award-winning, leading design in indoor cycling. Each ICG bike is equipped with the Coach by Color® function to optimize the Cycle experience. The graduated platform layout faces the raised instructor stage and multiple display screens, while interactive overhead lighting illuminates the space for an immersive, boutique-style ride.
HIIT Area
Tucked behind the Gymnasium, you will find the dedicated HIIT Area. One full wall of mirrors is lined with functional training equipment and accessories, including heavy bags + TRX. Opposite is 90 feet of high-performance turf, complete with two sleds and a modern industrial design throughout.
Gymnasium
UNITY members have access to a full-sized basketball court, fully equipped with six nets, a digital scoreboard, and sound-dampening walls. The expansive space doubles as two full-sized Pickleball courts, with time allotted for open gym, league play, and instructor-led sessions.
Indoor Pool + Cold Plunge
The two-lane indoor saltwater pool offers 79.5 feet of length and a depth of 1.80-1.84 meters for members to challenge themselves with new lap speeds, or to relax after a strenuous workout. Maintained at a refreshing 81-84 F, the pool offers times for lane swims, private swimming lessons, and is equipped with an accessibility lift.
Change Rooms
The modern, refined design of UNITY continues into the change room areas, where members can refresh and reset after their daily movement. Contemporary day-use keypad lockers store personal belongings, while towel service and bathroom supplies are provided for members to take full advantage of the shower and beauty stations.
