Back in the day!

Look at these two! They were babies and they are growing up way too fast. I can't believe they will be in high school next year. Sure is making me feel old!! Cody and Kelsey have been such a blessing to our family...sure do love them.

First day of school

I know I'm so behind but I don't care this was on August 8th 2012 Cody and Kelsey started 8th grade and Carter and Kennedi started 2nd grade. The twins have the best teacher oh how happy I am that I worked so hard to get her for their teacher. Kennedi started improving with her reading about a month into 2nd grade. Cody and Kelsey are doing great too and they all have great friends.

Cabin August 4th & 5th

The weekend before school started we made a quick trip up to the cabin. We played games Aggravation, Sardines, Kick the can, Skip-bo & Phase 10. We had Cody & Kelsey's bow & arrows, took a walk to the country store for a treat, found this beautiful spot to go fishing. The kids made forts & of course we always have to go down memory lane and on the way home had to stop for Mexican food.

 This little guy was my bud the entire trip and I loved every minute of it! Whenever I would walk in the room he would grab his blanket & want me to hold him. And, when anyone would try to take him he would say NOOOO! and wave them away, sure made me feel good! Pierce would also get very serious when it was time to give me loves. Love this boy!

 I love my new sister in law Kansas, she fits in perfect & is a sweetheart to my baby brother Steven.

Newport Temple the girlies posing! We had a blast and this is what happens when you spend a week in California. Thanks Paige for getting the beach house we sure had fun and already planning for next summer! Things I don't want to forget: Circle K, Cronic Taco, donut runs at midnight, Mama D's, Paige & I walking in the rain with the Hello Kitty umbrella, brunch for Mom's birthday, shopping & more shopping, hanging out with Jacki's family, bike rides, Jack's surf shop, second trip to LA! Oh the fun!!!

Snowflake July 5-7th 2012

We have some good friends who moved to Snowflake so we went to visit them and get out of the heat! We had so much fun hanging out, playing games, dance party, BBQ, drives, hikes, swap meet, rabbit farm, bow & arrows, antique shopping & lots of yummy food. They have friends that have their own man made pond and zip line. We spent our last day playing and we had so much fun! Canoe rides, playing in the sand & of course trying not to get the zip line tangled. Thanks Harris family for a fun get away!
