R&D & Innovation
At Kalyon PV, research activities are carried out in our R&D Center, which consists of offices and cleanroom laboratories established on a 1,687 m² indoor area, as well as in our 5,760 m² open-air testing facility. These activities focus primarily on innovative cell technologies, along with efforts to improve production efficiency, enhance field performance, and develop energy storage and battery systems. Research is also ongoing in areas such as smart factories, artificial intelligence systems, and automation technologies.
In addition, R&D studies are being conducted on advanced characterization techniques, as well as on innovative and niche technologies.
In collaboration with Hasan Kalyoncu University and other leading institutions in Türkiye and around the world, Kalyon PV aims to not only develop its own technologies in-house, but also to establish a structure that enhances the domestic supply chain and local raw material sourcing.
