Okay, out of lurkdom to hit people with a quick notification:
My cell phone, through a series of regrettable events that are not nearly as exciting as you'll think they are, was run over by a car last night. The tough little bastard still works, except for the LCD screen.
What does this mean? If anyone's trying to call me, be aware that it may not be working for long. In addition, text messages are out. Don't even bother.
You may anticipate a "New phone, please resubmit your phone number" post in the near future.
This + moving expenses is not what I wanted.

10:30 am - In case you hadn't noticed...
I'm on a self-imposed posting moratorium on LiveJournal. I'm still commenting and reading friends pages a lot, but I'm posting less and less. I have neither the time to post, nor have I the desire. My time is devoted to being kicked in the groin by kids at swim lessons, being kicked in the groin by Ike Newton and Billy Leibniz, and precious else.
There will still be new material on blog.voidship.net, so subscribe to the RSS feed with your favorite aggregator.
A lot of recent posts have been made friends only. Consider this the obligatory 'OMG FRIENDS ONLY ELL JAY!!!!!11' post.
If you've been defriended, nothing personal, I just found you stale and boring.
