We just completed converting all of our fire panels from another service to EM 24 and added new communicators. I could not be more pleased with the results. The professionalism your people showed in completing this monumental task (my opinion) went above and beyond. There were obstacles presented by the panels. But, the talent of your crew shined when every obstacle was overcome with positive results. Since the conversions…we have completed our 2018 Annual Sprinkler System / Fire Alarm Panel Inspections. “FLAWLESS” I relayed this information back to our Prologis Senior Property Manager and told her; “this is the fastest these inspections have ever been completed in my 25 years with Prologis.” Again, I wanted to pass on this Thank You and tell you how much I appreciate the TEAM at Kraft Electric!

I just wanted to send you a note of thanks and praise for your team’s work on CVG3 Decommissioning project. In this fast paced business, we sometimes forget to recognize success and say job well done!

I would also like to thank you for making accommodations to help us get necessary production started ahead of schedule. I install factories all across North America and I have wished that Kraft Electric were nation wide, then you could do all my plant installations.

All of the electricians showed up on time and eager to work. Kraft Electric finished the project ahead of schedule, even with its three revisions changing the electrical scope. I would highly recommend Kraft to perform any electrical work.

The original project schedule was challenging and yet thanks to the efforts of your company we were not only able to meet it, but we actually improved on it. We truly appreciate working with you on this project and look forward to working with you on many more in the future.

Thank you to the Kraft Team on the Fischer Homes Office TI project we recently completed in Erlanger. We were fortunate to have a great team of contractors, and Kraft was at the top of the list. Ron Karaus from Kraft Electric was outstanding on this project. I believe that the “boots on the ground” are the guys that make fast schedules happen, and that was certainly the case with Ron. Week after week, Ron worked through the issues that come with renovation work, and met or exceeded every schedule target we asked him to. Thanks again to Kraft Electric for an outstanding project, and certainly feel free to use my name as a reference for Kraft.

Not only did we receive a quick response from you, the situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise and it was resolved in a timely manner.

On behalf of the entire team at Steelcraft, and Allegion, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank Kraft Electric for the work that was performed at our facility at the end of 2014. Shutting down production for 2 weeks in order to perform the bus and switch gear replacement was a difficult decision for a plant of 600+ people and growing revenue. Kraft did an excellent job of planning, coordinating, and communicating up front to ensure project plans were in place. The pre-work that was done during the first 3 weeks of December while we were in production was seamless. During the actual shutdown, the level of energy, professionalism, safety, and work ethic displayed by 20+ Kraft associates in the facility should make you very proud. By far, the most rewarding part for our business was seeing Kraft hit their deadline exactly, and restore power to the entire plant on time. The livelihood of 600 associates, and our customers, depended on that. We thank all the Kraft employees involved in this project, and know that we will reach out to them again when the time comes.
