I live on elm street. I saw a couple get married today in front of my house. Weird. There was a justice of peace and they had the street blocked off. They wanted to get married on halloween on elm street. The one in the skeleton costume is the groom and one across from him was the bride. So glad I witnessed it. Will never forget it.

Not much going on here. Just working on getting ready for my craft show November 10 and 11. Let the stress begin. I have 50 candles done so far for the show. Got business cards printed. Need to finish printing catalogs. Have signs done, got those done tonight. Got a cute scarecrow basket to put business cards in. Been working overnights these week that hasn't helped with getting candles made. Just gotta keep telling myself I love my job.

Well I am alive. I know I haven't posted in LJ forever. Been busy making candles to sell at craft fair in November. I have my website up but still needs more work on it. I got my paper catalog done tonight, finally. Have been working on it forever I think. And I am finally happy with my business cards, been working on those forever too. I have been trying to find the perfect picture for the business cards and catalog. I decided after all of that to just make them plain with no picture for the background. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. I have actually been able to start selling my candles to people I work with and am behind on orders. Things are looking up. With all the changes my employer is making I cant wait to be able to rely solely on my candles, although I know that is a long time down the road. At least I would enjoy working lol. WTF am I awake? I should be sleeping. ARGGHH gonna be tired tomorrow. I tried to go to sleep at 1130 that didnt work. have to get up at 530 to get ready for work and be to work at 7 and it is now 115 am. Least I got a little more done to the website. And all my emails finally read for the week.

WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Trying to get things situated and create a online website for sellin my candles. Learned a lot from a website i came across recently. Jus applied for online my fed taxpayer number now jus need to get state. Lot of work getting this thing going. The fun part will be creating the website. but definatly worth it if it means in the future i can work at walmart less hours a week. less is good. I like making candles now i need to earn money and what i like to do and i can do it from home so thats all the better.

Ok that was a little weird. I looked at the door saw a weird truck so I went outside to see who it was and it was a greind of mine from kearney. Ace rent to own was picking up some furniture from my neighbors most likely dint pay and Justin (my friend) was the delivery driver and the candle i am making right now smelllllllllls soooo good

5 more working days til vacation hurry up because Colorado here I come. Got my candle label figured out and also worked on my business cards tonight and am pleased that I pretty much have those done now too. They came out a lot better than I expected that they would.

Today is June 10. That means I only have seven working days until vacation and I cant wait. I need these vacation sooooooo bad 10 days of work and I am going to colorado to bake in the sun for for 3 days, go shopping and get more candle making supplies. yayyyyyy It is still weird that lisa is actually working in gi and living here and that i cant stop and visit her on the way to colorado like i have a few times

I make candles and I have really been doing some thinking lately. I really need to start selling them, eithor locally or through a website. Just the point of getting that all started. Would probably start with doing craft fairs where i can sell candles, soap and cross stitch mainly candles though. Any tips or ideas anyone has would be a great help.

Hey I'm alive. Ain't that wonderful. Two months of Walmart remodel down only one more month to go. Thank god, bout all I can take. Never realized how good it would feel just to be able to go home. Makes a differance when you stay at a hotel during week and only get to go home on weekends. Thought it would be cool cuz Lisa was doing remodel too. I never see her though. :(

Walmart Remodel. Sighs. It is going okay, I suppose. Lots of hard work. I guess the extra money makes it worth it. Too bad I never get to see Lisa. She always hides out sleeping in her room. Never knew it would feel this good to just hang out around the house all day. It has been nice. Staying at a hotel during week is ok, but sure glad to be home for the weekend.

I am alive. Havent had much time to use computer the last few months. Been real hectic. Also havent had internet at home, but was suppose to get phone and DSL reconnected yesterday. Supposably it is, but I have no dialtone. My voicemail on homeline is working thoughm but I have no dialtone. Frustrating, I tell ya. Qwest tried to tell me something wrong with my phone or dsl modem. But i havent touched the cords at all and it worked fine when I had phone service and dsl until about the end of november.
Not much new here, got a new kitten a month ago. Long haired calico. Pretty mellow cat, which is nice. Had her declawed two days ago, thank god. Should be moving sometime within the next few months. Can't wait.

As usual something always happens so I cant make it to Pepper's for halloween party, probably been 4 years since the last time I was. Not going to make it to Halloween party now because of my niece being in hospital. My one year old niece. Guess I will spend the weekend painting while I am watching the three year old. They think it has something to do with the two shots she just got. In the fine print it said in rare cases may develop slight case of pnemonia. Thats what they think it is even though she doesnt have the fever. They have ran about 30 tests and nothing else shows up. They are giving her oxygen and breathing treatments.
Will have to make my trip to omaha in December, ALICIA we will get together then. Since, I probably wouldnt have seen you much this time anyway.

I hate when I am in the middle of writing a post and I loose the post.
I dont know what I was thinking but I just closed out the window on my own.
I am so confused. I know Jer works a lot of hours, and If I knew that was all I would be able to understand. When we are together (not just during sex) we get along great and we communicate and we talk. But when he is there and I am here it seems like we do not talk as much. I am just so afraid of getting burned like I always do. I think he is scared too. This is why I never get involved. I think it would be different if we did not have this distance issue. It is not that I think he is involved with someone else. I just guess I am afraid because when I am here maybe I just worry too much. Maybe it is a money thing with him being upper middle class and me being below poverty level lol.
On a better note. I spoke to my store manager and asked him about me CSMing. (CSM=customer service manager). ANd he said he would like to see me CSM and that he was going to talk to the head CSM and see if there were any positions if I could at least CSM part time for now. SO that is a good thing. I might as well CSM I always have to tell the CSM's how to do their job.. It is rough being the best.

The week of halloween I managed to get off work early the day of pep's party yayyyy Been awhile since I have lot of the Local O peeps. I work til 3 pm so by the time I come home and do a few things should be able to be there by about 6 or 7. I also have the sun, mon,tues off and dont go to work til 2 pm on wed. YAYYYY for paid vacation days. Need a few of those once in a while. I am hoping pep still lives in the same place off of 36th cuz thats the one I know lol

Just got back from omaha. Went to visit Jeremy. He has such a nice place, made my place look real ghetto. This drive is beginning to be a pain in the butt. So about february I plan on moving back to omaha. YAYYY

Well he actually called me back tonight. :) Ever since Jeremy came down here a week ago we have been having a strange time figuring out stuff. Before he came down here he called me like 10 times thats day. And this is the first time he actually called since he left, we have only talked online. I hate my family sometimes mostly times after spending a whole day with them. MY sister is always right and I am always wrong. ARGH Sometimes she forgets whats its like not to have as much money as she has now. She has been pretty lucky in life that dont mean I am. Hands me what was in the container. Told her i dont know spanish. And the kid asked me if I wanted to buy cheese? WTF No . Then they left. Didnt knock on anyone elses door. Life is good. Yea that's about it. My friend, Jeremy (not skaffa) came to visit me past few days. He lives in Omaha. Had a awesome time. :) :) :) :):) Can someone foward me the email about peppurs halloween party I deleted the one I had. Wasn't sure if I was going to go or not because I sometimes I feel weird because I live out here so I only see certain people once every two years. Damn this shit is spicy. Eating some of the chilli Jeremy cooked when he was here and it is good but very spicy. i am not used to eating hot things like this.

DSL rocks now all I need is a faster computer soooo nice to have internet at home again sighhhhhhhhhh not much going on here moved to grand island and had to work the schedule that was up on the wall so basiclly been driving back and forth for 3 weeks and that is no picnic with the skyrocketed gas prices. One more day of driving back and forth THANK GOD not only is it expensive on gas it is so tiring commuting Once I get settled gotta start thinking about this trip to Washington I gotta make probably about January.

hope all is good everything is good here i suppose. Not working in Lawn And Garden anymore thank god least my job is a little bit kewler. Back to cashiering up front just dont like dealing with one of the supervisors up there. LOL. In GI i did customer service 75% of the time management and supervisors would always have me show them how to do their job and i just got used to being the best cashier even the store manager referred to me as his best cashier. I applied for a supervisor job here and Jamie TRIED to tell me i didnt have the experience or qualifications to be a a CSM (customer service manager) and she also proceeded to tell me i needed to be retrained on customer service desk so I know how they do it here. Well management has pulled me to service desk a few times here so hello whats the point i pointed out to her management has had me do service desk here
I was so mad when I got off the phone with her. She called me on my day off. The part the made me the maddest was telling me i needed retrained of customer service. She should of just said sorry your not part of my cliq yet and I would have been oh ok thats kewl.
Thinking of moving back to GI and working there where at least I am respected and not told I dont know how to do my job. Not really sure yet. If I did go back to GI store there is about 80% chance i could be a CSM or management.
Other than that life is peachy.

Oh man. Welljust took a wonderful 10 vacation to colorado now back to work two days ago. Did a lot of things that I had never done before which was good. Went to BlackHawk and went to the casino now I want to go back lol. First time I had been to a casino, one thing I have always wanted to do. DId lots of other things too and saw my oldest sister who lives out there. Been so busy lately between work and fixing up moms house. Everyone thinks I am mad at them and I am not.

Hey all whats new not much here currently no internet at home so have to settle for library usage. Gonna be able to afford to take two classes in the fall so thats exciting since havent been able to take any classes for about a year maybe by the time I turn 50 I will have a partial degree
