a little personal history
I was talking with a friend who's a bit younger than I, She said something about going with her parents to walmart when she was very young, when I realized when I was a kid there was no Walmart, Walmart existed, but it didn't come to the state until sometime after 1983, And didnt open in Albuquerque until 1984.
So while there may not be a full generation gap, there is the B.W. and A.W. gap.
Its strange, my mom so hated walmart for its politics, I think I have been there 3 times in the last 5 years, and i rarely think about them except as an icon of why people don't understand the value of things.
