Well I gritted my teeth and went to Barns and Noble today, good god Coronado was a madhouse, wound up parking 5 acres away, and limping to the place, there I met the author and bought his book, also met two other people who knew my grandfather. I think I may have successfully networked myself some new contacts when it comes to local history, Who knows, ive also been thinking of joining the Historical Society.
After that my ankle felt a bit better so i snapped a few photos and had a nice linner at Cafe Istanbul. And hunted down and some photos. I was glad to see my backway into the Railyard is still there.
As always these are just little thunbnail versions and there are more on flickr so click backwards and forwards and stroke my mildly blue ego.

*edit* forgot this one the onyl photo with a narrative.
Think, what Calvan is usually doing on those silly truck decal's

tomorrow the estate sale, wish me luck.
