can we please have whomever ordered the stress that was today please be shot... over and over again.. I another day like today and I will go jobhunting again!

oh wait there's more I'm on the pager and the sql server is going down tonight to replace a dead disk.... I might be extra snappish the next 7 days...

a letter from dell, after I got spammed with 163 emails form dell telling me my RMA request had been processed.. (this really started to suck because my work emailbox is set to page me when things com into it. so my phone was blowing up!!) i had to login quickly and write a spam filter rule just to keep it from eating all known memory in my phone and overrunning my SMS message limit..

Dell would like to offer a sincere apology for the duplicate emails you received regarding your recent part/service request.

A system improvement has been adopted to ensure this issue is avoided in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
