But Setting it up for a real desktop, tweaking things, upgrading packages, setting up sniffing and wardriving stuff, adding bluetooth, and skype, adding compilers and kernel source, and teaking other stuff i find tha more often than not im chasing around some little bug that cropped up because i broke it somewhere or other.
Its not quite as Your on your own kid, as Slackware was when i started pre-version 1, and a whole lot more figgure it out yourself than the ubuntu experience. But each problem and each fix I get a little boost of joy.
aside from the major stupid pain in the ass to add more memory, I'm still liking this laptop lots.
