AAK implements SAP Concur jointly with KPS
KPS are thrilled to share the success story of implementing SAP® Concur® Expense at AAK.
Renowned as one of the leading innovative food manufacturers, AAK embarked on a mission to enhance its expense management processes. Recognising the need for a solution to streamline reimbursement processes, ensure compliance, and simplify expense reporting, the decision was made to implement SAP Concur Expense. And what a remarkable decision that turned out to be!
Celebrating Implementation Success at AAK!
Through the highs and the lows, the AAK team never wavered. Challenges were met head-on, obstacles were overcome, and AAK forged the path to success. The collaborative spirit and perseverance displayed by everyone involved have been commendable.
And now, let’s fast forward to the day of implementation, which was divided into three waves throughout 2023, where SAP Concur Expense seamlessly integrated with AAK’s existing systems, bidding farewell to cumbersome manual processes. This now means that AAK can say goodbye to 5 local SAP Concur sites as they are merged into one global with the rest of their global country presence in more than 20 countries.
What did this mean for AAK?
Project Manager AAK Johan Torstenson states:
“Our goal is to have more visibility into expenses, reducing expense reclaim uncertainty and errors. A better transparent view of our travel spending will pave the way for better-informed decision-making. Consequently, we expect budget management to become a more effortless task, and with fewer errors, we expect improved compliance across AAK.”
The expected impact of implementing SAP Concur Expense extends far beyond mere efficiency and time savings.
