Kylee's Ears Pierced Again!

Not many little girls can say they got to get their ears pierced with two different cousins (on different days, 2 years apart!

A couple years ago Kylee had been begging me to let her get her ears pierced. So when my sister said she wanted to get her little girls' ears pierced, we decided to take them and let them do it together. They had two ladies there to pierce both ears at the same time, but they didn't coordinate the count and did one before the other so Kylee jumped so the second one ended up a lot lower than the first one. She screamed, of course!!!

Well, several months after she got them pierced, she got an absess the size of a marble on the back of one ear. We had to take the earrings out and she had to have antibiotics to get rid of it. Since the other ear was in the wrong place anyway, we just took them out and didn't ever put them back in.

I felt bad though when she told me several months later if she could put them back in.

I didn't think she'd ever want them pierced again, but about 6 months ago, she started asking if she could do it again. Then while we were at Yellowstone, my mom brought a prize box for the kids. Kylee picked a cute pair of earrings that were in there and has been asking me nonstop if she could get them pierced again since then.

So, this time we went with Angela again and she got them pierced with Abbie.

She was so brave! She didn't even cry this time! And she told me that we need to make a list to remember to clean them.

Abbie only cried for a minute too. Angela just gave her a pretzel and she was fine. You can see her tears in the picture though.

Panty Eatin' Toilet

Kylee came to me crying that she flushed her panties down the toilet! How? I'm not sure. She says she flushed and accidentally dropped them. OK?
