MENTORING OPP

At the Kutztown University Foundation, we’re reimagining mentorship to make it simple, meaningful, and approachable.

Our goal is to help authentic connections form naturally—without large time commitments or intimidating events. We’re focusing on small-group and one-on-one interactions that encourage genuine conversations and long-term relationships.

Convos in the Classroom

Participate in a brief phone call or virtual chat between a student and an alum, followed by a class assignment. Initially inspired by an Environmental Science course, this model is now expanding to include a variety of majors and classes.

Convos on Campus

Share your KU experience and career journey by visiting a class, student club/organization, or athletic team. These sessions can be customized to align with professional development, course topics, or major-specific goals, providing students with valuable real-world insights.

Convos over Coffee

Join a small group of students and a KU Foundation staff member for a conversation over a meal or coffee. These informal gatherings provide a space for more in-depth, comfortable discussions about specific industries, career paths, and professional experiences.
