All products are handmade, laser-engraved, 3D-printed, or designed in-house, ensuring unique items.
Due to the nature of handmade and custom production, slight variations may occur. This includes differences in material texture, color, or print finish.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences or print methods.
All items are for personal use only and not for resale unless explicitly stated otherwise.4. Payments
We accept payments via PayPal only.
All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.5. Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once your order is dispatched.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they are defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.7. Custom Orders
We offer custom designs for stickers, laser engravings, and 3D-printed items upon request.
For 3D prints or laser engravings, we may require additional information such as material preference, size specifications, or model files (e.g., STL for 3D printing).
Payment is required upfront, and production begins once designs are finalized and approved8. Intellectual Property
All designs and products are the intellectual property of Kurt Craft and respectable creator/owner of artworks.
You may not use our designs for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.9. Limitation of Liability
Kurt Craft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our products.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total purchase price of the product in question.10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.11. Changes to Terms of Service

If you provide design files (such as SVG, PNG, or STL files), you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.
These files will only be used to fulfill your order and for general service operation, as outlined previously.14. Privacy

Custom Fabrication Limitations3D printing and laser engraving come with natural limitations based on material properties and production methods.We will communicate any technical limitations or modifications needed for your custom design before production begins.Minor imperfections such as layer lines (for 3D prints) or minor burn marks (for laser engraving) are normal and not considered defects.
