We accept all major UK debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
We accept commercial and international cards subject to an additional premium - please contact us to discuss first.
All transactions are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. The cost is given in your invoice.
Unless agreed otherwise our payment terms are 14 days. If you have received a court summons you must pay the full costs including any interest and court fees specified.
Please note all invoices for new houses are subject to VAT in accordance with HMRC VAT guidance.
No refunds are available, and returns or replacements are not applicable. We are happy to discuss the report and any site-specific requirements you have, but additional services may incur additional charges. A cancellation charge of 20% may be incurred if the works are cancelled less than 3 working days of the fieldwork.
All reports are delivered electronically by email. If you have not received your report, please check your junk folder, otherwise please contact the office. Paper copies can be issued by post at an additional charge of £30 each, and are usually dispatched first class within 3 working days.
We are only able to work on sites within the United Kingdom. Export restrictions are not applicable.
