LANE Casting is a company of Casting Directors who work internationally with offices in Barcelona, London and Madrid. Using traditional casting methods, street casting, specialist research and celebrity casting, our work ranges from long form narrative and TV series to short films, commercials, music videos, stills and special projects.
How we work
Our approach to each project is unique. We work to understand fully each character we’re casting and the director’s vision to be able to suggest talent that both fit the brief and subvert expectations to find the best person for the role. We aim to create a safe space within our casting process, respecting all talent’s perspectives and boundaries, often working closely with intimacy and wellness coordinators in auditions. We practice inclusive casting, celebrating all types of diversity and ability, championing authenticity and representation in the stories we cast.
Our team
Our team is made up of casting specialists from various backgrounds including in theatre, design, music, production and art, giving our projects a creative eye and understanding of script and character that sets us apart from our competitors. Having a consistent team ensures every project is equally valued, and the level of care and attention to detail is the same across all of our work. At LANE we are currently working on multiple feature films, tv series, shorts and commercials for several major streaming services and production companies.
