How to Create a Custom Domain

With an Enterprise plan, you can give your account a custom domain to match your brand for further customization and discoverability.

Choosing your custom domain

Before contacting a support representative to create a custom domain, review the following information:

  • Custom domains have to be unique, if one is already in use you'll need to choose another
  • A custom domain can be changed multiple times if necessary
  • Custom domains can be as short as 1 character or up to 50 characters
  • Emails and passwords remain the same, the only thing that changes is the login URL

Note: After your domain is changed, any links to the old domain will stop working. If you have references to the old domain in your internal documents, bookmarks, playbooks, etc; these will need to be updated.
