Our mobile app is live on Google Play and the App Store. If you haven't already, we encourage you to download it on your phone or tablet!
This article includes a list of common questions so you can use the mobile app with ease.

How do I log in to the mobile app?
Once you download the mobile app from Google Play or the App Store, you’ll see a login screen. You can log in with the same method you use for the web app: email and password, Google, Microsoft or SSO.
Can I see the Gantt, Board or Sheet from the mobile app?
Not exactly, the mobile app has its own set of project and task views optimized for mobile:
- Tasks: Due and Overdue tasks are highlighted on the task home screen
- Task Search: Find tasks by keyword, assignee, project, status and more
- Projects: Browse your project portfolio, view the project tasks in their Gantt hierarchy
- Team Directory: Find your teammates, their contact details and task assignments
- Alerts: See which tasks have changed recently, tap to view/edit those tasks
Can I see my Project Calendars on my phone?
You can subscribe to a project calendar feed with your favorite calendar app. From inside our mobile app tap Projects in the main menu, tap a project, tap the ... menu, and tap Add To Calendar. You can also subscribe to a project calendar feed via the web-app.
Can my guests use the mobile app?
Yes, your guests can use the mobile app, however, for security reasons, the features are very limited.
Guests can do the following:
- View the Tasks screen and search for tasks they have access to
- View the Settings page and
Guests can not do the following:
- Guests aren't assigned work so don't see tasks that are Due or Overdue
- Guests shouldn't see your company directory, so the Team page/filters are hidden
- Guests shouldn't access your portfolio, so the Projects page/filters are hidden
- Guests can not see the quick-add menu as they can't create projects, tasks, files, etc
If you'd like to give guests more access, the best way is to make them a standard user. You can limit their access using security roles and project permissions.
Do I have to be a ProjectManager customer to use the app?
You must either have a paid subscription or a 30-day free trial to use the app. All editions can use the mobile app.
What markets are supported?
We support all markets worldwide.
What languages are supported?
At this time, English is the only supported language.
Does the app have an offline mode?
The app doesn’t have an offline mode.
Can I enable push notifications?
Once you log in for the first time, you’ll see a quick onboarding tutorial. You can enable push notifications as the last step. You can also change your preference on the Settings screen at any time.
Does the app have both light and dark modes?
Yes, the app supports both light and dark modes, it will automatically match your device setting.
