Account management
- You can log in with your company email and your LORENZ learning password.
- If you cannot remember your password, visit https://learning.lorenz.cc/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
- Type your email address and click on Get New Password.
- You will receive an email with a pasword reset link.
- Click the link and enter your new password. You can use the built-in password generator to set up a strong password.
- Click on Save Password and you’re done.
- Visit learning.lorenz.cc and log in.
To see your account information, you must first log-in with your email and password. After you’ve logged in, navigate to My Account.
Here you can change your password.
- Go to learning.lorenz.cc
- Click on LOG IN.
- Click on Lost your password.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Click the Get New Password button. You will receive an email with a password reset link. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Enter your new password.
- Click the Save Password button.
- Go back to learning.lorenz.cc and log in to your account.
e-learning
You can ask us up to three questions related to your training course for free.
Log in to the Learning Management System first, then navigate to learning.lorenz.cc/contact
Fill out the form and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
If you are an existing customer, you can purchase a training course by placing an order with your LORENZ account manager.
After purchasing a training course, we at LORENZ Learning will create an account for you in our Learning Management System.
After purchasing a training course, we at LORENZ Learning will assign courses to your profile.
Log in to our Learning Management System. You can find your assigned courses under the page My Courses. Click on the training course you wish to start or resume.
The progress of your test is saved automatically. You can resume your test without losing your answers.

You can log in to the Learning Management System and access the content at all times and refer to the learning material whenever needed.
You can download the training guide from the downloads section of your training course (as far as your course includes one).
You can download your certificate after completing all lessons and successfully passing the final test. You can find your certificates on learning.lorenz.cc under My Account > Certificates.
Trainer-led training
If you have already completed a trainer-led training, please log in to your account and check if you have marked all lessons as completed.
After that, go to the course’s test (quiz) page and enter the code you were provided during your training to complete the test.
Your training certificate will be issued automatically and can be downloaded from My Account > Certificates.
The code is provided to you by the trainer during your training session.
If you have missed it, please write us at learning@lorenz.cc and we’ll send you the code.
You can download the training guide from the “Downloads” section of your course page (as far as your training course includes one).
