I just listened to Steve Young (NFL Football player - hall of famer, latter-day saint) on the Mormon Channel. I enjoyed his interview very much b/c he seemed so down-to-earth. I loved hearing him talk about how much he loved his home and was not wanting to go to a college where he would be all alone. You might take a listen.
One of the phrases he used, that I liked very much was how his faith has fueled him to do the necessary things in life. I like thinking of that concept - faith is fuel. Faith isn't an end-goal but a means to an end.
Steve Young is a very optimistic person, he reminds me of President Gordon B. Hinckley.
