Playwriting and creative writing classes for kids and adults!
Playmaking is for everyone.

Let’s Make a Play offers playwriting classes and workshops to kids, teens, and adults. We teach kids and adults how to take their amazing ideas into a an original play and/or monologue!
Our mission is to celebrate diverse voices and perspectives, using playwriting as a way to inspire, uplift, and bring deeper understanding to audiences of all kinds.
We believe playmaking should be accessible to everyone—a powerful tool for expression, confidence, and connection. You and your child’s voice matters, and we’re excited to help them discover how to share it boldly through the art of theatre and story development.
Founded by a playwright, director, teacher, and theatre-lover, our program gives kids (and adults!) a supportive space to play, explore, and discover what their imaginations can do. We laugh, we brainstorm, we get messy with ideas, and then… we create something magical. Join us to make a play!

This playful, high-energy class helps kids build characters, shape stories, and create their very own short play or monologue.
We explore imagination through writing prompts, theatre games, drawing, movement, and silly brainstorming.
