About Me

It’s time for a blog. Social media is where my career is headed. My four-year-old daughter can use my iPhone more effectively than I can, my grandmother is on Facebook and my career is beginning a focus on tools like Twitter, Linked in and Wikis. I am working towards a Master’s degree at Mount Saint Vincent University, where my research is based largely on applying communication theory to social  media, as well as research into best practices in social media.

My blog will discuss all of the above: my family, my career, volunteering, education and doing something that many women of my generation, and those who came before us — balancing in hopes of doing it all as well as possible.
